Umami Pantry is all about bringing real flavour back to real food and we’ve discovered an ancient fermentation practice to help us do that - miso.

Miso has been around for over 2,000 years and is a paste of naturally fermented soybeans. The fermentation of soybeans, koji rice and salt results in a delicious savoury paste that is packed full of nutrients, packed full of protein and most importantly it is packed full of Umami.
