Love My Earth Organic Dahl Mix - Bombay Tomato 200g

From the LoveMyEarth kitchen to yours, mild Indian Masala Dahl mix. A traditional blend of red lentils and our Indian spice mix. Quick and easy to make, nutritious and delicious.

MILD - There is no chilli in this blend, it is a classic and comforting blend created with warming spices and black pepper. 

• Heat 1 tablespoon of ghee or coconut oil in a medium sized saucepan. Add dahl mix, stirring, until fragrant, approx. 2 minutes.
• Add 1.25L (5 cups) boiling water and stir to combine and bring to a bubbling boil.
• Recommended – add 2 cups of mixed chopped vegetables.  
• Turn heat to low and cook dahl, stirring occasionally, for 30 minutes. Serve warm.
