I don’t even like muesli and I am obsessed with this product. It isn’t sugary or fake like everything else on the market. They are worth every cent, as they include only wholesome ingredients which add up on their own anyway. I add a bit of whole oats each day to stretch it a bit further, as well as cocobella (touch of vanilla), a teaspoon of peanut butter and half a banana. The combination is heaven! First timer to use this mix and was a bit apprehensive it might turn out like cardboard ! It didn’t. Super simple to make, I think the added oil made it softer and the black sesame seeds were a nice addition. A staple for my cupboard now.

This is my second purchase of this duo.
After 3-4 weeks I definitely noticed a reduction in knee pain caused by osteoarthritis. I intend to continue using both of these products as I believe the benefits will be cumulative.
Actually the only joint pain that I’ve had no improvement with is my pointer finger.
It is very gnarled, deformed and painful. I’m hoping these peptides with prevent other fingers from ending up in the same mess.

I recently tried two of these risottos. Mushroom one and spinach with nutmeg. Both were served with cooked chicken. They were easy to cook and kept well as leftovers.
