This is the best supplement I have ever taken to support my sensitive gut, and I have tried many over the years. I first started taking this 3 weeks ago after I had surgery to remove my appendix. The anaesthesia and antibiotics and pain killers totally upset my gut such that everything I ate irritated my stomach and intestines. But - I started to feel immediate relief with Gut Health, and now three weeks on my gut is feeling so happy and so much healthier.
