At this stage, Health & Eco Pty Ltd only delivery within Australia. There is no provision for international deliveries.

Health & Eco Pty Ltd use a suitable courier or Australia Post to get your orders to you. 

FREE SHIPPING will be offered for orders above $99. For all orders under $99, there'll be a flat delivery fee of $9.95 within Australia.

Please note the order value of $99 is after discounts have been applied and excludes the cost of shipping.

We do the best we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible and will work towards processing all orders within 1-2 working days or receipt.

We believe that the delivery service we use are the best option to get your order to you efficiently and safely. We estimate that Australia deliveries will be received within 2-7 days from dispatch. Regional areas can take longer, sometimes up to 2 weeks. 

Tracking numbers are provided on your shipping confirmation email and these can be used to track your order.

Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you have submitted with your order. We cannot be held responsible if that delivery address is incorrect. If there are incorrect details or omissions in the delivery address, the package will be returned to our warehouse.  In this case, Health & Eco Pty Ltd will charge you with any costs associated with redelivery of the order. 

* We reserve the right to charge freight at cost price for bulk size items, bulk quantity orders and regional/rural deliveries to all states. In this instance we will advise the cost of freight before dispatch.

Health & Eco Pty Ltd may, at their sole discretion, provide a refund on the return of the Products.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Chocolates
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer refrigerated delivery. As a result, any chocolate-based deliveries in the summer may arrive slightly melted. We do not accept returns for these products.
