You will need
3 eggs
200g unsalted butter, melted.
Method
Preheat oven to 160oC. Line a 20cm x 20cm baking tray with baking paper.Â
In a bowl, mix together the egg and butter until combined.
Empty the contents of the bake mix pack into the bowl with the eggs and butter, whisk until smooth.
Transfer batter into baking tray and bake for approx 20 minutes or until cooked.
Allow to cool before slicing into bars or squares.
