Meshima (Phellinus igniarius) has been used in Traditional Korean and Japanese Medicine for centuries. Its Japanese name derives from Meshima Island ("Women's Island") in Nagasaki Prefecture, where it was traditionally harvested from wild mulberry trees. In Korea, where it is called "Sang Hwang," it has been deeply embedded in traditional medicine for centuries. HOW TO CONSUME
Serving suggestion: 1–2 grams (approximately ½–1 teaspoon) daily, mixed into your preferred beverage or food.

- Coffee & espresso drinks — stir into your morning coffee for a smooth, mildly earthy depth
- Smoothies — add to your morning blend with berries, banana, and plant milk
